You are one cool cucumber under the pressure of deadlines and keeping track of numerous tasks

You take ownership of tasks given to you and think about the best, most efficient way to perform them

You are a planner and make checklists for everything

You are empathetic, kind, understanding, patient and respectful to all.  You leave a positive impression with clients and patients

You have excellent customer service skills and believe in going the extra-mile

You have EXCELLENT spelling, grammar and email skills

You love autonomy and can stay totally focused and motivated working from home

You pay serious attention to detail.  Like, it's your middle name. You have the habit of double-checking everything you type. Because attention to detail is so important, I want you to send me an email to say hello (feel free to tell me more about yourself) and include a secret code in the subject line. You should write: "I am the magical applicant".  This way I will know that you are thorough, you read this entire post and you can follow instructions.

You are a team-player and are looking for more than just a job - you are looking for a company to call home

You have been known to speak in (clean) memes

If this sounds like you, then you just may be

the ROCKSTAR we are looking for!

What it's like to work with us:

We are a tight-knit team who works really hard, but tries to have fun along the way.  We respect each other, help and support each other, and always encourage each other.  We love to celebrate our wins together, strategize when things get hard, and put our heads together to brainstorm how we can make our company the best it can possibly be!

We have AWESOME clients who are respectful and grateful for our work and a very positive work atmosphere.

We love to watch the snow fall from outside our windows, tucked into our cozy home offices knowing we don't have to face that commute.  We LOVE staying in pj's if we darn well feel like it!  We love being able to throw a load of laundry in on our break . . . well, "love" might be a strong word when it comes to laundry . . .

We are a super busy, fast growing company that is looking for that "needle in the haystack" person that is just the right fit!  Someone that meshes well with the team and can jump right in and be as committed and dedicated as we are.  Working with us means you'll have a new family that will always have your back!

-Update/Maintain CAQH
-Complete credentialing applications

-Medicare & Medicaid enrollments
-Complete Change/Update Forms
-Follow up on all applications

THE GOOD NEWS:

Fully Remote
No more lame commutes or fancy work clothes (well . . . keep
at least one fancy outfit for client Zoom meetings)

PTO
PTO (personal time off) offered for BOTH part-time and full-time employees. (PTO available after 6 months of employement).

Flexible HoursWe'll set up a schedule that works for the both of us!

Independence You won't be micromanaged.  The right candidate will take initiative and be self-motivated and can work on their own.

W-2 Employee with Hourly Pay
The position starts at $16 per hour for the first 90 days.  At the
end of 90 days, if we are a good fit for each other, you will be
raised to $17 per hour with regular increase considerations.

Work Perks
Each month we have a team meeting that's a little bit of business and a whole lot of fun!  We play virtual boardgames together (with prizes, of course!), have contests (with prizes, of course!), and breakfasts/lunches together (delivery).

Holiday Bonuses
Making the holidays a little bit brighter!

Reimbursements
Receive monthly stipends in set amounts for cell phone and internet.

THE BAD NEWS:

You must have at least 6 months experience in credentialing/ enrollments

Your hours will fluctuate a lot in the beginning.  Credentialing seems to be a "feast or famine" need where we have a ton at once and then periods where it's relatively quiet.  We have other tasks and projects
available if you would like to boost your hours.

We need someone that will be okay starting with very part-time hours, but still has the ability to complete credentialing applications within 48 hours and has the availability to increase hours as our needs grow.

This is a long-term position.  You will not be the right fit for us if you are looking for a stepping-stone.  We need someone interested in sticking around for the long-haul and we will treat you so well you'll never want to leave!

Because we are a small company, we unfortunately do not offer health insurance at this time.  I hope to change this in the future, but it is not available right now.  We can discuss if you have certain needs to see if we can help out.

You must reside in Nebraska, Utah or Washington to apply.
(We must be licensed in each state we have a remote employee in and licensing takes time and money and requires us to file tax returns in each of those states.  We are not looking to expand to other states at this time.)

THE OTHER NEWS:

Must have excellent English language skills and excellent grammar & spelling

Must have a dedicated home office space (its own room) to comply with HIPAA requirements (if you work on other projects)

Must be available for weekly check-in meeting with owner and monthly team meetings via Zoom (which often end up being social hangouts where we play virtual board games together, because community and friendship among my team is important to me).  In the beginning, you will be meeting with the owner (via Zoom) frequently to receive the training and support you need.
